Contest entry for =animebabeca's contest of her character 'Swimfan'
Finally done...lol. This one took longer than my usual cgs to colour, also sorta a challenge as i haven't done full bg cgs for a while. It took a few more hours than usual to do but was lots of fun to play with the colour. Thank you everyone who have given me critiques and such. <3
Done in Photoshop
EDIT: simplified clouds, added waves effects, and other tidbits.
